Located on a sloping piece of land on the Cerro de la Avutarda, Casa Oliva is designed to adapt to the topography of the place, and to the requirements of the clients"a house to host many events, but with quiet corners to relax."
In this way, the project explores the possibilities of generating spatial richness and capacity for surprise to increase the repertoire of domestic experiences with simple concrete volumes with board formwork for the structure and finish, and cedar wood for the interior carpentry.
